Asia Conservation Projects
Snow Leopard Conservancy
Snow Leopard conservationists study and monitor threatened predators like the snow leopard and the other species who live within their range. This is done by GPS trackers, trail cameras, genotyping, occupancy modeling, and radio tracking. An important program for conservation solutions by unifying people and snow leopards.
Red Panda Network
The Red Panda Network was founded in 2007 to protect red pandas and their habitat in Nepal. The group has developed an integrated, landscape-level approach to conservation which extends to over one million acres of forest and 50% of Nepal’s red panda range, by way of support and participation of local communities.
Sumatran Orangutan Conservation Programme (SOCP) – Orangutan SAFE
