Bushy Lake is an 86-acre site located in Sacramento that provides a vital laboratory for high-impact faculty-student research, citizen science, and community engagement. One of the native animals of priority is the Western Pond Turtle. The project works to protect, enhance, and restore sustainable habitat for the species.
