Call to Action – Jaguar SAFE
Jaguar SAFE (Saving Animals from Extinction) has accepted a challenge to meet an immediate and measurable conservation need in the field: taking a stake in successfully managing Belize’s Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary – still the world’s only reserve specifically established to conserve jaguar habitat.
Anteaters & Highway Project
Giant anteaters are among the top species killed on roads. The Anteaters & Highways program has spent the last four years pioneering field research to collect anteater road interaction data and help protect the species in the wild. Their findings will be used to develop landscape and road management to lessen the road mortality.
