Cancellations
Thank you for signing up for a class, camp or overnight!
We hope you or your camper will be able to attend all the programs you have signed up for; however we understand plans may change. If you or your camper is no longer able to attend the class(es), please review our cancellation policy below.
IMPORTANT: Due to the volume of requests submitted, we are unable to respond by phone to any requests and require all requests be submitted via the online form below.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing cancellation requests.

Refunds for cancellations will only be given if the program is cancelled by the Sacramento Zoo OR your child has COVID-like symptoms and is isolating at home. To receive a refund, a COVID test must be administered and proof of testing (even if negative) must be sent to the Sacramento Zoo.
Contact the Reservations department to inquire about a session transfer, pending availability. A $5 session transfer fee may be required.
Little Peeps Cancellation Application
An 80% refund is available for cancellations received at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the program.
Refunds are not available for cancellations submitted less than 4 weeks prior to the start of the program without a signed doctor’s note or proof of positive COVID-19 test.
