All daily education programs are temporarily unavailable. Please check back later for updates.

Wildlife Stage Shows – Temporarily Unavailable

Join the animal ambassadors at the amphitheater for a fun, educational show hosted by our knowledgeable education staff. Stick around after the show for an up-close meet and greet with some of the animal stars.

Keeper Chats – Temporarily Unavailable

Hosted at the exhibits, zookeepers are available to tell you facts and stories about your favorite animals, often accompanied with an enrichment for the animal.

Animal Encounters – Temporarily Unavailable

Education staff and volunteer zoo docents host an up-close encounter with an animal ambassador on the Reptile House lawn or in the zoo’s plaza. If the weather is inclement, find them in the Discovery Room.

EdZOOcation Stations – Temporarily Unavailable

Hosted by our dedicated volunteer zoo docents, experience feathers, skulls and other interactive biofacts while learning fun facts and listening to stories about the animals and nature. EdZOOcation stations are not regularly scheduled, but look for those docents in green!

Zoo Teen Activity Stations – Temporarily Unavailable

Especially for kids and kids-at-heart, our Zoo Teens host activity stations with interactive learning! From coloring and crafts, to jumping games and more, your wild child will have fun while exploring the animal world and environment.
