Having a current estate plan that reflects your values and the legacy you wish to leave is so important. The Sacramento Zoo is offering a free informational seminar that will help you navigate through a jungle of topics presented by attorney, Colin T. Smith of the Law Offices of Colin T. Smith.
Colin works with families and individuals in all aspects of estate planning, trust administration, and probate to both effectuate their wealth transfer and succession planning goals, and to help clients navigate the process of administering estates and distributing assets after the loss of a loved one. Colin enjoys advising clients in connection with their philanthropic goals and charitable planning, which often includes the formation and administration of private foundations and nonprofit entities.
